To establish development environment for Andriod platform, following softwares are should be installed. Recommended to follow next order also.
- Install JDK(Java Development Kit), JRE(Java Runtime Environment)
- Install Eclipse
- Install ADT(Android Development Tool)
- Install Android SDK(Software Development Kit)
- Install AVD(Andriod Virtual Device)
- Set environmental variables
The new S/W versions are as follows(as of 12Nov10)
JDK - Java SE Development Kit 6u22
JRE - Java SE Runtime Environment 6u22
Eclipse - Eclipse Classic 3.6.1
Andriod SDK - Andriod 2.2 SDK r07
JRE - Java SE Runtime Environment 6u22
Eclipse - Eclipse Classic 3.6.1
Andriod SDK - Andriod 2.2 SDK r07
